You were self-promoting?
And it's important for Linus to have free months on Questia?

none of this seems to pop out as special...

I could have done without the extra "cheese"

Although free months on Questia would be nice, I would have been far less subtle if that was what I was trying to get at...

well the only thing that i notice is you don't really complain about anything... i think that this lack of overall pessimism - even, or possibly especially, when writing about Freud - indicates to me that a return to academia is in fact the correct choice for you...

but not all of your recent posts have been complaints, so i am not sure that this post is special for that reason...

it has a cool picture...
=)

Cool picture, indeed. However, neither that, nor the lack of pessimism is what makes it special.

Academia is the answer for me, no doubt.

I thought it was perhaps a benchmark in annual post count or something, but he's still 3 off of beating the 2004 count. So hell if I know...

Mr. Flynn is very warm...

Well, either you were done with classes, have been accepted into grad school, or it was a milestone in number of posts. (I tried posting this earlier, but Blogger was being poopy slow and errored out.)

Fleur was correct - it was post number 600!

I usually mark the century posts by doing some kind of special post, but this time I have decided to just note it an move on. I'm saving the chorus line and cast of thousands entry for post number 666...

Predictable! ;)

Modig_Bjorn you are a heretic! Beware the Hollow Claus!!!!
You will be hunted down for your heresy, strung up to the rafter by your ankles, and tickled profusely by BCP look-a-likes who are really out of work writers who have membership in the WGA and are looking to feed their families in any way possible including Tickle Torture in the extreme.
Heretic.

Mayren, even after your threat I just have love for you.

I'm not a heretic, I'm just a "white" person who hangs with "black" people. I happy to say, I haven't been corrupted yet, try as they might. ;)

Big Gay Jim said...

And believe me, I've been trying to corrupt him. The fact that he's married to the archetype for the BCP, he's used to being tied up by...um...nevermind. Love you Indian Princess! ;)
